Dressing for success -glow up already diaries-

 The number one thing that I’ve heard from successful  in my life is to dress for success. What does that even mean? Well it means to dress for what you hoping to get. Want a promotion? Dress for it. It not even just this simple, here is more points. 1. Dress like you have it. Like I said if you want a promotion dress like you aLready have it. Do you want to be successful? Dress like it. Have you seen a millionaire wear dingy clothes? Not to work at least. Looking at you mark Zuckerberg. But even if he was to wear his dingiest clothes they where bought with something in mind, dress like what you want and what your doing. 2. Don’t just dress it, live it. If I want to be a CEO I can’t go around moping. I need to dress and feel what I want.  I need to exude confidence in life and actions. 3. Dressing doesn’t have to be expensive. If you don’t have the funds that okay, wear you nicest clothes to work. Trying is better than not doing so at all. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. So

Learning to love working out -glow up diaries-

  Afternoon lovelies. So I’m going to talk about working out, but mostly just learning to love it. I know, how could you like sweating and smelling like a pig while torturing yourself to physical activity. Well I’m gonna teach you! I will say that I do workout, but I’m not a fitness junkie. These are tips that I have learned through filling them myself. 1. Do a workout you like. Riddle me this, if I hate going to a water park, am I going to force myself to go to them? No, because I won’t enjoy it. The same goes for working out. If I don’t like jogging, I won’t do it. It makes no sense to do something I don’t like, it will make me less motivated, and it’s easier to give up. 2. Affirmations Every time I get done with a workout I tell myself I did amazing, and that I’m a queen. A little cheesy, I know, but it works. I feel happier and look forward to working out more often. I feel so good when I know that I will get a self pat on the back for doing something for myself. 3. Get like minded

  In a world where influencers can be very problematic and everything your mom warned you about, it’s rare to find those hidden gems. Today I will discuss a few of my favorite, and yes, positive impacting influencers. With out further ado here are a few influencers you should follow. Kristen Johns Kristen Johns gives so much life to every platform she’s on. With her bubbly attitude and lovely outlook on life she’s the perfect person to follow. Her husband, Marcus Johns, is also a social media star and was a vine star. They truly embody my personal morals Jess and Gabriel Conte I have watched this couple for at least three years now and let me say they make me believe in love and faith. They are always sweet to each other and others around them. They share their faith and show their love for God it’s every step they take! Ellie June Ellie June and I share a sense of fashion but also a love for knitting. She Is soft spoken but very well rounded and such a great content creator. Michelle

  Good morning Lovelies! So I have now made my calendar for my blog so hopefully I will be uploading every week. So this week we are talking about Envisionment. Now I brushed up on this topic in my last post, but we’re going to go all in today. So buckle up and get your thinking cap ready to create a new and better you! Let’s get this party started! 1. See your best self and show up as her/him What do you want to be in life? This doesn’t have to be a job or anything but a hobby. Do you wan to read more often? Workout? Envision the finished version of you. Is she a nicer person? Does she have book smarts? Take Whomever you want to be in the future and start showing up as that person. 2.             So it’s been a while, and I’m trying to get this calendar together so you all can here from me more often. I know that’s 2020 has been one harsh cookie. With the corona, hurricanes, and everything else on our plates, I believe that it’s the perfect time to find some self love. I have had struggles with self love in the past, and sometimes still don’t fully know how to go about truly loving myself. I have grown to love my faults but even people who love themselves have days they don’t like themselves. It’s a part of growing and maturing.  I often like to think of the quote “treat others how you want to be treated”, but if you don’t treat yourself like the beautiful person You are how do you know how to treat others?  Quite the rhetorical question. A Routine: the beginning of the start

Well good afternoon lovelies, how was life today? Mine was great, thanks for asking. Now lats get to business. We're going to make a routine to live by. Now lets remember this is subject to change and differentiate on the day or what is needed, but this is what is 5- 7 am Wake up sunshine Drink 30 oz of Pray and read my bible SAT practice Workout 12- 1 Piano practice Read chapter in my book 7- 8 spanish study 8-9 mandarin study 9- 10 SAT study 10 pray and bed time This is goung to be my schedule and each week I will emplament the next iteam in the list. So i will start waking up at five or i will do my workout on the first week. This will take some time but anything that takes time is worth it. Have a goid week livelies, hope to see you next week!

My statistics and why im doing this.

Goodmoring, or is it afternoon... its officially the afternoon when I'm writing this, but it could depend on where you live. So today starts the day of the day I start a life journey. If you've read the last post you know that I have started a glow up journey. I'm not talking about body wise, well not only body wise. I'm starting a spiritual and mental journey as well. And disclaimer, this is for me and myself lol. I want to just be happy. I want to be the person that walks into a room and everyone knows its going to be a great day. I know it sounds weird but I'm going to do it. I'm ready to truly find myself and listen to me. I'm ready to just be happy with who and what I am. A few years from now I'm going to look back at this series and know why and how I did it. So lets start: I currently wake up at 7 am.
