I have seen this trend and decided why not! I used to be a night owl, so much so I stayed up till three am every night. As I got older I have noticed sleep effected many parts of life and now go to sleep at 9- 10 pm. Yes, i'm practically your great grandma. So I decided to see how I would do with this trend, so here are my results. I started out confident. I decided I would have some fun while doing this and not just sit there staring at my wall wondering what i'm doing with my life (which is so boring staying up till 3 was out of the ordinary). I started it off at 9 pm tired and confident, a bad mix in my opinion. My mom had a friend over and her friends kids. This is my morning Routine! I have had this morning routine sense I was 15 and I love it! It gives me time to do a lot of things and have a better mind set throughout they day. Lets begin. 1.Wake up So I happen to wake up at 5 am. Which gives me some time to do what I love. My alarm is "Kiwi" by harry styles. Its such a up beat song that I end up dancing. 2. I make my Bed and it just looks so great sense i'm half a sleep (just kidding, it looks like i have set a tornado on my bed). Studies show that if you make your bed in the morning it leads to a better and more productive day. 3. I walk down stairs and make a 32 ounce cup of ice water. I read that drinking ice water when you get up starts your metabolism and gives your body hydration after eight hours of no water. 4. So when I heard Ariana Grande came out with a new perfume I wanted it. She is super cool so why not? I wouldn't say we have similar styles, because we don't, but I thought I would like this product. So after asking for it for my birthday I got it!Thanks mom and dad. I had watched some reviews on you tube and they all said it smelled almost chemical like to them. So I was kind of scared I would end up with a flop of a perfume. I went in with high hopes (which is a bad thing to do) and was happy with the product! It came in such a cute package and the perfume holder was so cute. I tried it on and fell in love. I'm not one to fall in love with something just because my favorite person loves it either.
